sure! before i post my response though: where and when should our characters be? do you want to rp the apocalyptic event and them running away from the castle or do you want them to be in the inmediate aftermath? sorry for the late responses btw

TBH I'm fine with anything, but here's what I was thinking. You can change it a little if you want tho
Where: inside a castle. Maybe they were having a diplomatic meeting with some neighbouring royals?

When: the sun explodes or whatever happens and they are running away from the castle

And I'd prefer to rp during the event

Getting dressed was probably the worst part of court meetings as far as Calisto was concerned. So many clothes to choose from - possibly the most variety anyone in these lands could have in their wardrobe - and all of them so... unflattering. Accentuating the features he disliked the most. Regardless, as long as he had to keep his identity a secret, he was to play along as the crown princess. He sighed and let his assistant fit him into an ebony black dress with green and gold embroidery; signature colors of House Blackmire. Then, he headed towards his room's exit and walked down the winding stairs into the main hall. The visiting royals had not arrived just yet.

As he paced around impatiently, he thought: it wasn't the meetings themselves that he disliked. How could he not like getting to know people hailing from distant lands? Rather, it was the weight put on his shoulders what felt unbearable. The kingdom needed a sovereign and, sooner or later, that would be him, in spite of how some of his subjects felt about the matter. He was well aware of it. It didn't stop the idea of him being queen from being utterly unthinkable.

(Quick question: are you okay with me using feminine pronouns when referring to your OC when he is known as Catherine? Then when the two escape your oc tells mine his true gender and I start using masculine pronouns?)

Charlotte Smith stood stoutly in the mail hall, awaiting trouble. Her mind was racing with thoughts - would the visiting nobles attempt to overthrow House Blackmire? Would they ask for the Crown Princess's hand un marriage? Charlotte - Charlie to her small array of friends - certainly hoped not. Princess Catherine would be an excellent queen when her parents passed away, and if she got married her husband might try to take away her power.

Charlie yawned, her armour clanking. When would these bloody royals arrive?
