I have just gotten a jaglion from the boost, and I have never had a hybrid before, so I am not sure what the best use of her is. I do think I want to keep her, but what do i need to make sure of so she doesn't go to waste? I assume it includes adding markings, changing base, and then maximising the amount of times she can be bred, but I am not sure how. If anyone has any advice, it would be greatly appreciated! 1 player likes this post! Like? |

For each heat, use a buffalo scrote and a low gen/clean stud, so you get the most cubs you can of each breeding and a higher chance of a low gen clean Jag being born (10% chance per cub from first gens). Also ibf each litter, you'd get an extra breeding out of it. If you want to get the most breedings, use yohimbe barks. They skip the cool down and are available in February. You can also move her to a side account or a non rolling account to she is "frozen"/ not aging. You could try sell the Jag too. First gen jaglions are going for 1500gb ish at the moment. You could also try sell/auction her heats. 1 player likes this post! Like? |

Thank you for the information! I think I do want to keep her as I don't really play this game to earn the most amount of money, just to have cool lions. I also don't have a non-rolling account or enough to buy yohimbe barks, but would it still be ok to just use buffalo strotums and the ibfs? Also, as I never really see anyone else talk about it, would it be a good idea to use a zebra heart so she can be bred as soon as she's old enough (If thats even how they work)? 0 players like this post! regarding markings + stuff (since bluebell hit basically all the basic breeding points), it depends on what your jag looks like at the moment. the current hype (or at least how i currently see it lol) revolves around breed only marks and traits - so while base, eyes + mane arent as vital in terms of which specific one you pick (for those you can just target if you want to breed a combo base / eye / mane, and apply a factor of that + make sure to breed to studs with the combo or has those factor traits as well), markings are, and most people will try and rma bo traits or rosettes on their g1s. this is entirely optional though, its a massive gb sink and very much based on rng so you could put 200gb in and see nothing but tier 1s and 0s T-T its up to you if you wanna play the gatcha haha whether you do or dont, when studding i like to stud to rlc studs since they have reliable amounts of bo (though some people also have amazing custom project lions that also have high bo), ochre powders can help pass on bo marks and the investment is definitely worth it if you roll a jag since high bo jags will sell for more than non bos will! my reference for experience: < freak who has 4 g1 jags t-t 0 players like this post! Thank you! That's very good to know, will definitely try my best find good studs with bo marks. Unfortunately I don't have the money to use rmas, so I think I will go for a combo base factor instead 0 players like this post! Like? |

Yea perfectly fine! I normally don't do barks at all and just use scrotes and an ibf. When she ages to 2, there's a high chance that'll take her a few days to come into heat (1-8 days), I would suggest using a zebra heart there. After she is bred and after the 20 day cool down, she will be in heat immediately, so no zebra heart is needed. 0 players like this post! Like? |

as for your questions; it's totally okay to just buffy + ibf, and yes, a zebra heart is also recommended to use to get their heats early! if her heat doesnt start as soon as she turns 2, you can use a zebra heart on her and it will immediately start her heat. it just checks if she has a breeding cooldown (she wont if she's never been bred before) and then it'll skip whatever heat wait time she's got! :3c and also if you are just playing for enjoyment + cool lions, as long as you're having fun you're all set hehe o7 there are definitely ways to min-max the value of a g1 jag, but sometimes its a lot and if thats not how you want to play (or can, since some methods are very very expensive), dont worry about it :3c breed to whatever lions you think are cool, apply whatever marks you want to pretty her up, get cool cubs, and enjoy!! congrats on the g1 jaggy <3 >:3cc 0 players like this post! I'd recommend setting up a side account to store her on once you start running low on buffy balls/funds to purchase them. February is the month they're easiest to get by a long shot- even playing casually you can earn enough to buy 10+ and y-barks to get 1 or 2 extra litters out of her. You could also send her weaned cubs to your side to store until then as well- personally w. the cost of buffies, supporting one hybrid's item needs at a time is all I can do without running myself dry, and like you I have them mostly for fun, so I do this to avoid the situation of having one in heat and not enough funds to buy the items that make it worthwhile. I have no G1s, and so far mine have only given me one hybrid cub per lifespan, so to keep the fun coming it's better for me to store them as well. When one retires I bring over her daughter to my main. You'll likely get more than one hybrid out of her, so you don't have to think as much about that, but for that same reason if you choose not to sell any you could definitely wind up with enough active breeders at a time that keeping up with their 'item get' needs is kinda stressful (unless you can afford to buy GB whenever you need it, in which case, you're all set and can disregard this advice). Breeding hybrids for fun and not profit is definitely an underrated activity. I've had a good time even if I have absolutely sunk a lot of currency and items in for no returns except 'hey look this one actually has good marks!' (I started w. one with four app marks, and her granddaughter has eight, most of which are BO- follow the advice given for choosing studs others gave, that method works really well.) 0 players like this post!
