What gameplay feature is this bug affecting?

What's the issue? Please include any error messages you receive and as much detail as possible.
When going to the trade center and clicking transfer, a blank screen comes up and you can only exit by clicking messages then home. The drop down menus for Mobil will not work on the white screen.

Went to crossroad. Then trade center. Then transfer. At first it let me put info for transfer in and when I hit Okay the screen went white.

Upon reparations the steps the transfer button takes you right to a blank screen and won’t let you exit using the drop down on Mobil. You have to go to messages, then home, then back to den
