Questions I have about Jellyfish Decor!

How much would a Jellyfish Decor cost? I want to commission one of my heir's mother. I have a reference photo already, but I want her to hold my heir as a cub in her mouth and I'm assuming just her alone would be a pretty hefty price. This is her (I dont need her drawn with the decor, aside from her scars)

She only has two markings and honestly you dont even have to draw those, you can just draw her base coat color

How long would it take to complete?
I want her to be at least semi realistic (similar to the Lioden style)
