i think going to staff is the easiest and quickest route which you can contact them by going to the bottom of the page and seeing the tos, code of conduct etc buttons! one there will say "contact us" and you can submit a form? email thing that gets given to staff !

modbox could help you but considering smths up w activating and relogging into your account and possibly the security questions it might be less of a modbox issue

Modbox can sometimes deal with security issues [an admin will take it over], such as changing your birthday or linking your accounts when they won't link [..by changing your birthdates].
The most modbox would do is likely redirect you to the email and guide you through how to do it, but personally i've never had this issue.

that does make sense, possibly the email has a verification sent after so long being away? I don't personally remember experiencing that, but it could be a possibility /lh. Obviously, it's down to the modbox now lol

thats so true though, i had an issue similar to yours when i was very new to lioden and i got ghosted by mods for 3 months

I hope everything gets sorted out easily! from my experience its a pretty straight forward process! Bit of a shame it was all iffy during this event out of all of them though, like this event requires so much time
