So we've had the beetles branch out quite a bit from just beetles to having aquatic and fancy beetles and I think a great new beetle would be neocaridina shrimp.

They come in many colours so you could easily do chocolate brown and cherry red as normal, blue dream and green jade as uncommon and then black rose and snowball as rare.
