The mysterious stranger encounter is almost impossible to come across (though I did come across it during my first year of playing the August event and it SOMEHOW gave me the Solaris app first try) and despite not knowing what the actual rates for this encounter to roll, I propose this:

lower/increase the rate of the encounter to the SAME as that of the Interstellar base drop in July. Then, remove all 'consolation prizes' that you receive for not getting Solaris and make it so that it is exactly like that of the base drop in July, no buttons to press, no chances of getting anything else, just the Solaris base app.

In summary (bc I've slightly confuzzled myself with the paragraph above ), I propose that the 1st mysterious stranger encounter that drops Solaris be made EXACTLY the same as the one that drops Interstellar in July. It's also kinda confusing as to why the Solaris encounter wasn't the same as the Interstellar one when they're both 'equal'?

EDIT: If people want the consolation prizes of DB, then I'd say to make a separate encounter that distributes these prizes, instead of tampering with the chance of getting the Solaris base.

If you don't support, I'd prefer an explanation over a simple 'no'
