Read on, we'll start simple.

Key Terms:
BV- base value
Mcv-market crash value
> - less then
< - greater then

Non-mut- no Bv

•Dwarves- 20-40 gb Origin Bv/ Mcv- 10-20gb
•Tigon- 15- 1000 gb bv/ have not determined mcv
•Leopon- 20-300gb mcv / <100 gb origin bv
•Jaglion- 200 -22k gb bv / 100 -300+ mcv
•Piebalds- >1gb - 300< mcv
•Primals - 1- 200< Bv (permanent market crash due to mod applicators)
•Double uterus- 20-300<
• mane mutations - no applicable base value
• 'overgrown' muts - no applicable base value
(I'm leaving out the rest of the mutations)
• ticked pie- no value.

Now that we're established some base values,
Let's talk traits.
This is a picture from the lioden wiki, we'll be using this as an example using my methods.

The base value of a mutation tells you where to stop or start when pricing your lion, but the traits and heritage are manner factors in just how valuable your lion is to different people.

A dirty or long heritage will heavily dock the value of your lion in front of those that care about that. For low-bv muts and non-muts It's safe to say by at least 200-400 sb, for muts like dwarves/hybrids/etc with a high base value it will deduct at least 5-10+ gb depending on the mut.

The markings of a lion determine its visual appeal, tiers and demand determine the value of that marking.
T0 and T1 are common -no Bv
T2 is breed only the more of them the better.
T3 is event or applicator markings, they add value little by little with only a few exceptions.
T4 - rosettes. Everyone loves these, the more the better. A single rosette on a clean short gen lion, price it no lower then 500sb.
T5 - hybrid/restricted- as per the wiki- "These markings can only be obtained via first generation hybrids (and their offspring) or Gorilla Enclave/Referral Shop marking applicators. They are blocked from being obtained via Random Marking Applicators and Total Shuffles."
T6- RMA exclusive. You can only get these by breeding or using an RMA and PRAYING FOR IT. they are valuable but that value had been forgotten or reduced due to how common the individual mark is.

Marking slots, this important to breed only and project breeders. If it's rare slot or a slot they want it adds demand value, but be modest as those folks are sometimes rare themselves.

Base/eye/mane/etc- check if it's common/special/rare/etc, not high value individually. Adds small value on it's own.

Combo base/eye/etc- these and their factors are naturally going to bear value, but that value depends on preference and demand of the individual or group of players.

Stats - under mentioned. high stat- high value. Simple as that.
Low stat? No added value but no value lost.

Given the above information I'd value the lion in the picture at...
200 or so gold beetles, given it's clean and not dirty. Thats a general guess as to what I'd start pricing it at.
