I do not experience any lag. Try to clear cookies, for a start.
However as someone who had Lioden flat-out not load in the past while it worked perfectly fine for other people, I will say, sometimes the provider is being a jerk. They wont even be able to tell when their system starts blocking a site, but then "miraculously" fix it a few days later - aka lying they did nothing to cause this, but then rushing to fix their mess-up. Contact your provider and let them know a certain site is experiencing unnatural lag, that does not happen to other users. You might be surprised to see it resolve quickly, even if the provider never admits it.
