I'm looking for anyone who can help me with CCS coding. I already have the image I wish to use and color palette idea, but am absolutely terrible at anything but basic HTML coding. I'd like something I can easily access to change whenever I wish to change the background image and color palette. Layout and base coding will still be credited as it's only fair to the one who assists with this.

I'm willing to pay with items such as a Buffy 🥜, GMO Cow, or any of the rare Events explore items I currently have on hand. Please and thank you.
