A chased is a lioness that has been chased by a player and is now claimable in explore as a ncl to other players! These lions can be any lion with a traits. Although if a mutated lion is chased if she makes it into the chased pool she will lose her mutation.

These lions are bred and raised by a player and once chased (once the lioness has aged) she has potential to show up in the chased pool and become claimable to others players. This can be from the bland generic lioness to a near raffle lioness! - it all depends on what lioness are chased by players.

Simple! With a newly added feature you can now tell if your lioness is a chased by the star at the top of the claiming page! This star indicates the lioness is a chased.



In most cases though you will come across a normal looking NCL with a star. This is because this NCL was claimed, and then was chased. Unfortunately putting her in the chased pool, meaning she overtook the claiming spot of an interesting looking chased lionesses.

You need to be average impression or above to attract chased lioness while exploring. When claiming NCLs you have a small chance a chased lioness will show up! You will see the star which will notify you it’s a chased!

Using catnip is helpful for chase hunting. Once you get on the claiming screen you need to successfully claim her! (Using gb or a leopard orchid will make this automatically)

The most desirable thing about a chased is her heritage! Any lion that has been chased has no heritage! Meaning they are great for projects. Additionally it released marks that has a lion with no heritage! So it’s helpful for breeding projects or keeping your pride clean!

Some hardcore players only have lions with no heritage so it can be helpful to them to get new marks and genetics into the pride!

To create a chased all you need to do is chase a lioness! She has to be an adult. there is a 50/50 chance your lioness will make it into the chased pool to be claimed by others. You cannot claim a lion you have chased yourself.

🐾 - Cubs, adols and makes do NOT go into the chased pool and are erased.
🐾 - lionesses with a mutation will have their mutation removed and put into the chased pool.
🐾 - a chased lioness loses her heritage. (Including dirty and clean)
🐾 - your lionesses age doesn’t change.
🐾 - anything chased 11+ years will be deleted.

The chased pool is where most chased lionesses go (depending on if they made it in or not) this is where chased lionesses are pulled out to be put into explore. If your lion makes it into the chased pool it takes roughly 24-48 hours for it to appear in explore.

Once you slap a chased or ncl that lion is now permanently deleted. This is the same for if you lose a chased. This lion now cannot be claimed by any other players and is lost.

Golden beetles can be used just the same as the leopard orchid. You can automatically claim a lioness with 2gb, you must have these GBs on hand.


LEOPARD ORCHID
this item is use to automatically claim a lioness! It works the same as 2gb. You must have this on hand when you come across the lioness, this can no longer be used if you have LOST the lioness. Meaning you need to use it before you claim or lose her.


KOROBELA
This item can be used to reroll your ncl/chased. This can only be done once and before moves are made.
If you use this item on a NCL it WILL be rerolled into a NCL.
If you use this item on a chased it WILL be rerolled to a chased (this unfortunately DOES include the NCLs that were chased, making them chased.)
Do this is a hit or miss, you could reroll on a better chased or you could roll on a bland ncl chased.


CATNIP
This items attracts lioness to you in explore for 30 minutes. Meaning that instead of usual random encounters you will have an increased rate of getting NCL claiming encounters, this doesn’t attract more CHASED specifically it just attracts more lioness to you. For a higher chance of a chased.


HYENA BUTTER
not particularly useful but this is used to repel lioness claiming encounters in explore for 30 minutes. Meaning if you are more focused on events and don’t want lioness interrupting your explore you can use this.

A massive issue with chased is people chasing NCLS. This is because these bland NCLs make it into the chased pool, so when you get a chased in explore there is a chance it’s just a rechased ncl. This was unknown until the star was made. As it became obvious who was chased and who wasn’t.

To avoid this as a whole community everyone needs to stop chasing NCLs, and instead nature reserve or kill them.
