As spoiler-free as possible for new players who like to go in blind, I want to offer some tips. Save up 50 amusement items. You may need them. This isn't 50 combined uses; you need 50 items. Think feathers, boxes, broken cameras, etc.. Lucky feet and vulture eggs may be worthwhile things to keep on hand if you end up with them. Exploring at night gives the best results. Spoiler content about the event: All 3 shops have a valuable item in them. Angelic blessings with the angels, shadows of death with the demons, and crunchy worm. Crunchy worms with Nirah, the manticore, have the most value in general (reaching up to 50gb and more each late in the year), but angelic blessings and shadows of death (8-13ish gb each, it fluctuates) are not bad to grab if you want to side with angels or demons, and you can always go back to Nirah and swap between him and the side you chose.
