What gameplay feature is this bug affecting?

What's the issue? Please include any error messages you receive and as much detail as possible.
when i save a design to the wardrobe, im unable to access the design if i click on the link. it just tells me that the site cant be reached. this is only with new designs i make, im able to access previous ones ive saved before the wardrobe update.

this problem is on both of my mobile devices, samsung tablet (SM-P610) and android phone (LG LM-Q730) both on chrome. i dont know if this is a problem any other user is facing or not :(
