So idk if anyone else has run into this. But I In wardrobe when I import my main male there's a weird glitch. I'm guessing it's due to me having a lab test frog on her? So when I import her it shows her immediately as a default pose female but the sex says male. When I switch it to female it gives me the male. And it won't let me pose her at all. So the sex is reversed if that makes sense? Hopefully I explained it right! It also doesn't show her piebald mutation but if I apply it it does show up. So I think it's just the lab test frog issue.

My queen has a lab test frog equipped. She also has the pie Wrapped mutation. I imported her to the wardrobe and it automatically put her in the default female pose and her mutation was gone. While she was showing up in the default female pose her sex said Male. When I switched it to female her art switched to male. But even if the sex says female I can't pose her because the art is showing male. The piebald does show up if I re apply it though so I believe it's just a lab test frog bug?
