im doing COD css commisions, im not the greatest but i can do the basics, i can do mobile perfectly fine, its just laptop i have to choose a different background picture or i have to crop the picture on to the background of a solid color, im still working on figuring out how to do fonts, but i can do the list below:

1. change the color(text, link, etc)
2. change pictures

for the pricing and rules:
5-7gb: for premade ones(warning!!!, my premades will be made publicly, so multiple can buy and use)
8-10gb: for if you provide color theme, picture theme, and pictures
11-13: for if you only provide color theme OR picture theme OR pictures(whatever you don't choose i will)
15gb: for if you provide me with nothing and you just want a random color theme, picture theme, and pictures. BUT warning!!! if you choose this option you css may become a premade too for others to buy and use publicly....tbh i don't recommend this option but it's your choice)
