so, it's pretty simple. under the buyout section when creating a trade, it'd be nice to add a drop-down menu where you can select an item and amount of that items that the trade can be boughtout with.

for example;
person A makes a trade. this trade has an IBF in it. person A writes that they want an aging stone for the IBF. person B comes along and offers an aging stone on the trade. person A is not online. person B now has to wait until person A returns for the trade to complete.
with my suggestion;
person A made a trade. this trade has an IBF in it. person A enables item buyout for 1 aging stone. person B comes along and buysout the trade with an aging stone. person B doesn't have to wait for person A to be online.

and this can apply to any item in the game. perhaps similar to the dropdown menu you can use to search for trades containing a specific item, along with a place to input a number. such as putting a trade for buyout for 2 yoh bark, or 5 large rocks, etc.
this would be a bit of a quality of life update to the trade buyout feature, allowing item for item trades to be done even if one person isn't online at the time!
