🕰️, 🪸 , ✨ | Craftable Base Suggestions Hello! I spent a little bit of time today coming up with three potential Base ideas that came to mind regarding the little trinket items we get from Adventuring — the Broken Watch, Rusty Nails, Bombs, Amber, and more could potentially be used to CRAFT these bases? Or it could be BO/Raffle bases, Event bases, it doesn’t really matter, I just thought the idea of it being crafted using Trinkets and perhaps being called the Trinket, Cay, and Navigator bases was a cute idea! Tell me your favorite in the comments! - TRINKET/BIJOU/TROVE/CACHE BASE (bijou: a dainty piece of jewelry or trinket. trove: short for treasure trove, a collection of riches. cache: a hidden stash of valuables, typically for pirates. Craft using Cracked Rum Bottle, Rusty Nails, and Rotting Log.) - NAVIGATOR/MAELSTROM BASE (navigator: to navigate through unknown seas/lands. maelstrom: a powerful whirlpool symbolizing dark and turbulent seas. Craft using Broken Clock, Rusty Iron Grenade, and Rusty Sextant.) - ((NEW)) BEGGAR BASE (Craft using Rusty Nails, Cracked Rum Bottle, and Old Sailor’s Shoes.) Lineless |

Oh my gosh yes! I think the collectable items are so cool and I really think it would be neat to craft stuff with them 😁😁 and the bases look so good, I love all three ![]() Edited on 20/09/24 @ 18:31:34 by TamperedJukebox (G1 Ambrosia) (#152244) |

Ahh I know! I so badly want to know their future plans for these items… I may come up with some more ideas for this specifically later. Thanks so much, it means a lot! ![]() ![]() |

I'm a little concerned that these aren't original art... first one distinctly has an existing vitiligo mark and the third has feline 7. Not supporting. ![]() |

The base designs were heavily inspired off of preexisting designs of lions WITH markings that I and my friends own, they were originally made for goofy fun after I got an idea with the trinkets from adventuring, I was having a lot of fun and overdid it a bit with the designs. I actually didn’t really intend to fully implement any markings, just whatever looked nice on the base, but after applying the markings in wardrobe at 100%, you’re right, they are both extremely similar. The “Vitiligo” marking you mention was a particle brush intended to create a sea foam look, and the “Feline 7” marking I seemed to had used inspiration for a swirling whirlpool. They were not exactly meant to be the same markings already in game, but it was a silly decision, though not necessarily intentional, on my part to draw/allude to what should’ve obviously been preexisting markings to bases I was working on. So, I’ve revised the two bases and made them simpler, as I see this suggestion is actually getting a little traction, something I didn’t really expect. But I did realize that the original Cay base specifically would be quite hard to implement, as it was very complex, and just seemed like it would clash with anything and everything. Feel free to check out the revised versions, which, though less pretty, look a lot easier on the eyes now. :3 ![]() |
