Let us choose the number of items we want to put in a trade/offer/gift, currently we have to manually press the items one by one and it is VERY time consuming especially if you’re selling in bulk (eg; 100 herbs, 100 feather, 100 nests, etc)

So my suggestion is:
Add an option for us choose the number of the same items we want to put into the trade, and an option to “select all” of that same item

For example if you have more than 1 of that same item (let’s use nut grass for this example) and you want to put more than just 1 up for trade, you can manually enter the amount of nut grass you want to select and it’ll select that many of the nut grass for you. Let’s say I want to put 100 nut grass up for trade I can just select nut grass then enter the amount I want to put (100) and all done! Or if I only have 50 I can press “select all” and it’ll automatically select every nutgrass I have in my inventory (50)

To prevent you accidentally selecting more than you meant to I suggest also adding a confirmation box after you enter the amount so something like this before it selects the items:

“Are you sure you want to select (#) of (item)?”
