I love Celestial Raffle BO but it seems kinda left behind compared to the Savage Studs. As of writing, the latter has its own bases, markings, eyes, mane shapes, mane colors, and skins; meanwhile, the former is still stuck with bases, markings, and eyes. So, I want to change that, by suggesting its own BO. Here are suggestions for Celestial Raffle skins, which are introduced via the Celestial Raffle and can be bred from a parent w/ a required base like Echo/Interstellar; all such bases will be July raffle or combo bases. Maybe some bases can bred multiple BO skins? I'll make mockups later

There's nothing for Celestial and Sidereal for now bc I can't find any color schemes that won't clash with them

Currently, they don't have tied bases yet. I'm just assuming that if the devs do implement this, they'll tie the skins to future Celestial Raffle bases.
