Edit: I WAS STUPID I MIXED UP SEPTEMBER AND NOVEMBER XD

Of the three MSEs where exclusive NCL "piety" marks can be found in explore, both February and April also come with exclusive NCL eyes. I think it would be cool for September to get its exclusive eye color. After playing with the concept for a bit, I found that Hetero Doom & Smoke fits the theme of the month really well



I chose this combo because both eye colors have a unique "dark sclera" design that is not seen in current Hetero eyes. They also look compatible (and quite badass) when put side-by-side.
