Purple Project This is the thread for my future king plan. I've always wanted to do a full-scale RMA project, but my current king doesn't have as ideal of a base to work off of as I'd like. I love him dearly and I've had the same king for a very long time even if the base and marks have changed over time, but it's time for a fresh start.
The goal is to have BO for all of his non-mark aspects and mottled rosette. And since I wanted to keep the purple vibes I've had going lately, I decided on a double Lilac. I will probably regret that later, but I'm already committed. This will be a slow breeding project. I want to take my time so that I'm not too worried about the necessary resources. If anyone else wants to strive for a similar starting point to me, I won't mind. I'm not worried about competition, just getting that look I'm wanting and then trying for some extra rosettes once I'm able is all I care about.
