So we know February has the Lucky Dip for the Flirt and Slap shops, you pay 15 heart shells and get a random decor or background! This can be a gamble as those 15 Heart Shells could make it a bargain for the more expensive decors/backgrounds, or you could over pay. Now I wondered why this wasn’t a thing in other months, it would be quite useful for those that want to collect decors, but not want to spend as much. If you don’t support this, please explain why! |

I'm not in favor of spreading unique mechanics to other months, largely because I think that it's part of the draw of February. But out of side of personal preference, here's a few reasons it's function is beneficial in February over other months: - February is by far one of the single most popular events. - February is low currency drop. - Februrary has by far the most for everyone, with purchases of apps, decors, backgrounds, stat and breeding items being pretty universally desired by all players. Couple these with being spread across two different shops, and it feels like Lucky Dip's purpose was to help users gain as much as possible, both for themselves, and for sale. It's the "profit" month for almost everyone. The other months are fine as is. None are anywhere near as popular as February that're low currency drop and split between multiple shops.  1 player likes this post! Like? |
