I’ve unfortunately fallen victim to accidentally studding a lion while using a breeding item (buffalo scrotum). I was in a middle of an important breeding with one of my G1 rosettes when a stud request popped up. I wasn’t thinking and before I knew it, I used one of my last buffalo scrotums on someone else’s lioness.

I’ve seen other posts about this before, but they’re all from atleast 2 years ago, so I’d like to reiterate what the last person who suggested this said: PLEASE ADD A WARNING WHEN YOURE STUDDING AN OUTSIDE LIONESS & USING ONE OF YOUR OWN BREEDING ITEMS AT THE SAME TIME.

I’m surprised this hasn’t been added to the game yet. Yes it’s a canon event for all players, but this feature can easily be taken advantage of, as people can literally see who’s king has what breeding item equipped at the time of studding.

I am a player who often makes very quick and thoughtless decisions 😭. I considered the fact that my scrotum could possibly be used on the lioness that I was studding to for a split second, but I thought that only applied to when the king sends over a breeding item themselves. It didn’t matter though, because before I knew it, my buffy was gone and used on the other lioness.

Yeah, so please take this idea into consideration. I don’t see any harm in implementing a warning system that reads something along the lines of “Are you sure you want to use (insert breeding item(s) here) while studding this lioness?” whenever you’re breeding with an outside lioness. Even just disallowing the function of breeding items that are not provided to you for studding purposes seems like a good idea. Either way, it would save a lot of players like me from losing expensive breeding items lol.
