What gameplay feature is this bug affecting?
Journey to Vredefort Crater Quest

What's the issue? Please include any error messages you receive and as much detail as possible.
I am on the part of the crater quest that requires 500 uses of amusement items to be donated. I donated 24 otter skulls, but it only counted 2 uses towards the quest; I was at 451 uses and only went up to 542 uses. Part of the issue could be that I thought otter skulls were 2 use items but they are actually 3, so the amount I donated would have put me over the needed 500. Instead of the usual message about it being too many uses, it took my items and didn’t give the correct number of uses towards the quest.

Selected otter skulls from the list of items to donate, input 25 in the quantity and submitted it, got the error message about it being too many uses, selected the otter skulls again, put 24 in the quantity and submitted it, and got the message in the screenshot saying I donated 24 items for a total of 2 uses
