We've got items for helping pass markings, skin, mane, and eyes, but what about an item with an increased chance of passing the base of the mother or father? It doesn't have to be a guarantee like the others, but just something that might boost the chance of the specific base being passed.

It could be used for basic bases (common, uncommon, rare, special) and would only work for combo bases if both parents are the combo factor/combo base.

It could be an item similar to the others and be some sort of salt/ochre item or dust!
