Ok...so I've been on a while...and I've seen things come and go...and if anything here is already suggested, PleaseLink it below




Ok, so; A pawful of ideas that have come to mind that may or may not be possible but are still nice to think about:

A Train all option in dens with umpteen cubs.
Either by itself or as an addition to the ever popular Play All, Feed All Oasis purchase.

By itself: I see this as an Oasis item you buy monthly for something like 2-4gb a month, and it allows those with 100+ cubs to get the benifits of Cub Training without the strain on time of having to train Every~Single~Cub individually. The results are still randomized, but it allows those with higher cub counts to make greater use of the mechanic.

Add to Play all: To be fair I can see this making it a fair bit more popular...Add it to Play All, Feed All and increase the price to like 6-8gb, Making it both cost effective and more likely to appeal to a larger audience.

I figure that it would work something like this:

The purchase is made and; on the weaned cub's page there's a check box {Checked- training, Unchecked-not training, Greyed-maxed for stage} And when the Train all button on the main den page is pressed All cubs with Checked boxes are trained in a random discipline, and can succeed or fail and after a time{Dependent on number of cubs being trained} The user gets a notification in their inbox on how many succeeded, how many points were earned by each successful cub and which ones maxed out. Both successes and fails would be accounted for, and the flavor texts would still show within the notification some even coming as an almost mental scene/ lining up like a story


Auto hunt/patrol
This feels like an upgrade to an already ingenious system, so it could be a paid addition{3-5gb/month} or just an improvement to the current system With the option to opt out and set the hunts/patrols yourself, and the ability to opt in/out {if made a site-wide feature} would be in the Account options list on the den page.

I figure that it would work something like this:

The hunters are roled as the player chooses {Including Hunting parties} and desired patrolling submale[s] and adolescents are chosen and the first one is sent out. after the normal half hour, the player receives a notice about the success or failure of the hunt/patrol and how many training points the adolescent receives and whether they are maxed out/completely trained. The player then gets the option to send the same group of hunters out until they are out of hunts, where the same male can go out until he's maxed out/ completed training on 1-3 adolescents. Both the huntresses and patrolling submales have a stockpile that any food/decor/items are placed in until the player calls them home/they run out of hunts,

Auto clense
This is for the Friends list. I'm sure we, who have been at this a while, all have a small handful of allies who have dropped off the face of the game and left the list with a blank space that unless we want to go through and deal with it, will clutter up our extended list forever. Well I suggest an addition of a button at the top of the Allies page that goes through and removes those cluttering names for us.{an idea based on feedback from Not feelin the Vybe } an interface allowing folks to choose how long the lion must have been gone before cleansing.(3-6 months,9-12 months, 12+ months)

Constructive critisizum and ideas on making the suggestions better would be lovely...

I think this would be hindering to the human side of things, the interactions and what makes the game the game.

I think the only thing that would be useful to a lot of people is the friends clear out thing, but I'm sure it may lead to the removal of people you liked and hope to see again. Maybe a selection button instead of removing them all much like the mass move/remove option in the caves.

As for the other things, tweaking them would be necessary to make sure everyone is happy or it'll be a waste of GB. Hunt/Patrol doesn't need this function because of the SB auto plot options, the train all seems interesting but counting only the successes seems a bit dull, I do like the flavor text for each fail and success so maybe that can be added to the whole inbox message.

In all this would be like the Art VS AI Art argument. If we remove everything that can keep people busy, like hunting, patrolling and training then what is the point to log in for more than your two energy bars, breeding and the occasional return for hunting/patrolling?

at that point, why not add auto-explore? just click where you want to go and it automatically picks what you do. do you see the problem with that? what if you don't want all your energy to go to exploring, or you don't like the options it picks. at a certain point it gets to where you don't have to do anything on lioden except rollover. auto-hunting just seems lazy, it's a simple few clicks. i understand why you'd have auto-feed/hunt, because those take a fair bit to do if you have a lot of lions. but it gets to a point where everything's auto and it's just lazy.
