The Blood Beetle shack uses Blood Beetles but the most value-efficient thing to do would be to either transfer your Blood Beetles to your side for use in Nirah's Manticore shop for Crunchy Worm if you're neutral-aligned over there or plan to convert them to the Hell currency to sell Shadows of Death to folks or whatever (Since: Once you align you can't switch alliances between Heaven & Hell later so your Heaven account can either be Heaven or Neutral; the side would be either Hell or Neutral depending on your choices - it's valid to choose Heaven on both of course but doesn't make for the best variety of currency spending from the event :D ).
If you play with only one account (instead of the allowed 2 or Main & Side or Main and Alt or however folks like to refer to them nowadays, for whatever reason) then you're pretty much either going to be limited to Blood Beetle Shack unless you Oblivion (Cost: 100 Blood Beetles) & head back to Neutral towards the end of the month once you've gotten everything you'd wanted from the Heaven shop, or saving them for next year or something of that nature...
