What gameplay feature is this bug affecting?
October event: Use of angelic wings to bless NPCs

What's the issue? Please include any error messages you receive and as much detail as possible.
When my territory is too full to claim a lioness, I am only given the option to fight her in explore. I am unable to bless her, even when I have angelic wings equipped.


Any links relating to this bug? For example, if a particular lion is bugging, what is the link to that lion?
