Hi! My name is Elyxion, but you can call me Ely. I’m currently looking to roleplay a few different characters of mine. I’m mostly interested in D&D settings, but I’m open for others too. However, in saying that, specific fandom roleplays tend to not be my thing because I find them limiting. Before you get into this thread, I am very passionate about character development, writing and making a well-rounded setting. I have written a lot of detail in this thread, some of it is quite specific, and I know that’s not for everyone.

I am living in Australia so my time-zone might be very different to yours. I don’t have a preference of time zone, since I always reply as soon as possible, but some people might have this preference.

I’m doing something a bit different with these roleplays. Basically, I’m looking at creating stories – life stories – for these characters. I love to do this by roleplaying certain moments/relationships with the characters throughout their lives.

I’ll use one of my main OCs as an example of what I mean:


What am I looking for?


To summarize, I am looking for:
- Someone who is literate/semi-literate. I’m not looking for one-liners, UNLESS actively engaging in dialogue. I know it tends to be harder to reply with lots of detail during dialogue so smaller replies can happen.
- Over 18s only! I’m in my early 20s and feel uncomfortable interacting with minors on the internet. I rather hang out with people my own age. Sorry
- OOC is important to set out boundaries, and the foundations of roleplay. That and I’m always open to making more friends.
- I am using both discord and tupperbox. I usually make a server so I can keep things organized and not mix up ooc, important information and the roleplay itself.
- I have a full-time job which I work 5 days a week, so patience comes in handy when roleplaying. If my communication (or yours) becomes less or unable to be maintained, I’m open to having those kinds of conversations.
- Someone interested in character building and character development throughout the story!
