Exclusive Manes for Event NCLs/Groupies/Studs!Just like it says on the tin! These manes would be exclusive to certain monthly Groupies, Studs, or NCLs, like Gem eyes or Daisy eyes (a skin/nose version of this suggestion is in progress). Since manes aren't viewable on lionesses, they would be tied to the exclusive skins, eyes, or markings that are released during that month. For example, not every Flax or Pearl eyed NCL would have an exclusive mane, but the manes could only be tied to a lioness with that feature. I know new manes probably won't be released until the male poses are finished, but hopefully this post has enough traction for these manes to be added! I've listed a few sketches below. Concept by me, execution (sketches) by 227255. Mane: Rival/Compeer, can only be found on May Groupies.   Mane: Cosmonaut, can only be found on Celestial Raffle Lionesses.   Mane: Varlet, can only be found on August Studs. Alternatively, Empyrean, which can only be found on September NCLs.   Mane: Fluffy, can only be found on April NCLs. I do some-what understand, but there's lots of 'unrealistic/outlandish' manes and braids (as decors):    These would not be possible without a comedic amount of hair gel, or a beautician. Many events also contain us going into space and fighting gods, along with unrealistic base colors. There's lion NPCs with canonical braids:   Maybe I could see the argument that it would be better as a decor, but 'weirdly humanoid?' we have plenty of manes that fall under that category. 2 players like this post! Yes, and you don't really see those manes a ton on the site, so these would probably not be popular either. Most people want Royal, Barbary, Tsavo (for some reason lol), ect. Even blade, hellraiser, and diabolic, while anime inspired, could feasibly be seen on a lion. I like the Afro, but the rest of them? Nah. Too implausible. 0 players like this post! Like? |

If they're niche manes, that's okay with me! I think Royal, Tsavo, and Barbary are common because they're BO or they can make BO manes (Barbary can be used to make royal, for example). I think if we had more unrealistic manes that were BO, they'd be just as popular! I see a lot of people with Diabolic, Blade, Hellraiser, and Incubus. Some manes are connected to mutations or again are BO, which would explain why some people may not use some manes over others! 0 players like this post! Like? |

Probably because we just got out of the October event. Diabolic and Hellraiser mane apps were plentiful to say the least. Anyway, the manes lean a bit too heavily into looking like they were overtly styled by humans for my taste, especially since the shape itself is supposed to be genetic. I'd love a mane suggestion that gave off the impression of afro-texture, don't get me wrong. Fluffy mane is more in line with what I was imagining, not so much the others. 0 players like this post!
