All of these will include my opinions of them, which can be disregarded if you disagree with me on it. I just like to yap about what I'm doing to waste my time on here lmao always do what makes you happiest. If you're finding yourself trying to do too many things in a day and it's driving you crazy, refer to the image below.
And that's exactly why I don't do the sb raffle or reptile roundup lmao
It is important to try and make sure you have hunts and patrols sent out as often as feasible. This will guarantee the highest intake of carcasses to your pride, which is imperative if you have a larger pride, and a great source of income if you don't.
Personally, I sell anything that doesn't feed 60% to adults to monkey business. Anything that does feed that much I sell in 100 use packs for 1gb/1000sb, but the demand fluctuates so sometimes I just sell everything to MB for convenience. You can check the percentages and hunting prey list to help you.
Patrolling is important both for the small chance of returning with a carcass and because that submale will gain a significant amount of stats if you patrol him his whole life. And if you king him, those stats may contribute significantly to his value as a stud!
Try not to worry too much about numbers, just do your best to send these as often as you can. If you're a new player and/or you're struggling to keep enough food in your hoard to keep your pride happy, there are multiple clans you could look into that may be able to help you such as Feed Lioden and Adopt a Newbie. Just keep doing your best, make some friends, and make some money when you can!
I recommend checking Monkey Business at least once a day to sell off any rotten food you have before it disappears. Every small meat chunk is about 3sb and it adds up quickly. You'll also want to sell off any smaller carcasses, bones, and scars here for extra cash.
Anything that can be made into nesting material that you're not saving for crafting, you should make into nesting material. It's important to always have some on hand, and you can sell a pack of 100 for 5gb/5000sb in TC pretty reliably.
Baoball
Priority: High
Baoball is a game you can play to kick a ball twice every day for a chance to gain your lion 2-4 free stats. I recommend it as the more stats you have, the better.
Trivia
Priority: High
I highly recommend taking the time to answer all three difficult questions in trivia every day. If you do it on both accounts, that's an easy 120sb, which may not seem like a lot, but it adds up quick! And if you're struggling, the wiki has the full answer list available for you to reference. I use that page all the time because it's wayyyy too much to memorize lmao.
Serengeti Shuffle
Priority: Medium
I put this one at a lower priority because I don't always have the time for it myself. If you do have the time, though, I highly recommend it. You can some really high value items for scores over 3500. If you're a fan of decor and backgrounds, I'd aim for anything above 4444 so those get added to the prize pool for ya. I prefer the other reward so I usually aim for between the two.
Beetle Battling
Priority: Medium
This is only a medium priority because I have a bunch of beetles. If you don't have any, you won't need to worry about this. Beetle battling is great for getting herbs, good for getting a bit of sb here and there, and bad for getting exp, but that is also something you can get if you win.
The TC is a tricky place for me since I usually avoid it at all cost if I can these days lmao. There are so many factors that go into pricing and whether your listings will sell that it can all get really overwhelming really fast.
Things like nesting material will pretty much always sell if priced fairly, same with food just make sure to list it when there's still a few days left before it expires and bump it often. The problem is pretty much anything else you try to sell there, and especially lions. You can sell most cubs for anywhere from 25-50sb somewhat reliably as fodder cubs, but they aren't guaranteed to go quickly or at all, and if they actually have good marks it just gets harder.
I've looked around for other people's guides to help with this since I know my expertise on this is pretty lacking, and I recommend checking out the pricing spreadsheet Nep worked on to get started and then cross reference Mimzy's pricing thread to get a good idea for how to price any given cub. I've found both very helpful.
As for items, if you can fit them on your branch, I'd recommend you sell them there instead for the convenience. The trading center I only really recommend if you're selling in bulk like with nesting material, bulk food trades, and NCL packs. At least, that's how I usually go about it. I don't sell many of my cubs, admittedly. I'm a bit lazy about listing them lol. I usually only sell the ones that are muties or have rosettes.
Gorilla Enclave
Priority: Medium
Completing a difficult level gorilla quest can award you a good chunk of IMP, EXP, or Energy. The reward I recommend depends on what month it is. If the monthly event is one you care about, I recommend Energy. Otherwise, I recommend EXP so you can save it up for the next one.
This is the lowest priority of my dailies. It's mostly just something I check for once a day, and if it's something I'm confident I can complete, I complete it. Otherwise, I forget about it until it expires and I try again. The rewards aren't amazing usually, but it can reward EXP, SB, and IMP, which is convenient if the quest is tasking you with doing something you were already planning to do that day.
This one is less so a daily, and more just a check to make sure you've done it this week lol. I highly recommend trying to get the raffle lioness every week as if you win, you could sell her heats, sell her, keep her line to your pride and sell her clones, or whatever else for huge profit! Raffle lionesses are incredibly highly sought after, so it can be a massive opportunity.
It is also worth noting that it can also be very overwhelming if you do win, so keep in mind that if you win her, you will be flooded with messages and comments with all sorts of offers. Always be prepared for that or you might very well find yourself wanting to quit from all the attention.
You can always close your pms and comment box and take a little break until things quiet down before deciding what to do with her. Do what's best for you.
Cub Training
Priority: High
I am constantly forgetting to train my cubs. It may seem insignificant, but getting that early cub training has the largest impact on stats gained on age up, so be sure to train any cubs you want good stats on.
A great game if you're good at it. I am not but I wish I was. Getting a score of over 7500 will guarantee that you win SB and a Zebra Heart! Zebra Hearts sell pretty reliably for 1-2GB, so if you like the game and are good at it, I definitely recommend playing it whenever you can.
The wiki has a pretty good basic strategy guide for the game in the how to play section. If anyone has any other tips for the game not mentioned on the wiki, feel free to post it below! I'd love to hear them
This game is my greatest source of agony. Every time I need a specific decor, it's always RR and it always requires a score just high enough that it takes at least 10 tries before I can reach it. Most of the prizes are decor or cheap items, so it's likely not going to be something you think about unless you like decor. If you've got the reflexes for it, though, you should totally go for it. Some of the rarer decor can sell for 20GB or more.
I recommend trying all three difficulties to see which one you like the most. I'm a masochist so I actually like impossible mode, even if my hands are definitely not built for it lmao
Ah yes, the classic. Return of the king. Whack-a-Snake is the bane of all players wrists and a constant irritation due to how helpful it can actually be. It is the exclusive source of many rare and highly sought after decor and backgrounds, and if you earn between 400 and 499 you can even win an egg yolk out of season. I prefer the giant tort in the next tier personally, but we all love a lil gambling.
If you wrists can handle the strain and you've got the time, absolutely give it a try, but take breaks often. I have gotten angry over this game a million times over so I know how important that is. Don't let those pesky salesmen haunt you, make them pay instead. And have fun!
Cups
Priority: Low
It only costs 5SB to play, so not a bad one to check every once in a while, I just usually don't because I forget about it a lot. The most valuable prizes are worth around 2GB, so I'd recommend it for new players especially. You have a guaranteed 33% chance to win one of anything from the loot table since one cup is always a winner while the other two are duds. And never spend GB to skip the wait.
Beetle Training
Priority: Low
Another one that's only applicable if you have beetles. I prefer not to train mine, since that costs SB that I don't wanna spend lol but I can see the advantages.
SB Raffle
Priority: None
This one is a personal preference thing for sure lol I skip it because to break even you'd have to win at least 1% of the time and with the number of players entering each day, you usually only have about a 0.3% chance of winning. I don't care for those odds.
Liomemo
Priority: None
This game doesn't give any prizes. Only play to unlock the map and skin in RR or if you just like it. I love Liomemo so it's frustrating that it doesn't give anything.
Slot Machine
Priority: None
Don't bother. It's only worth it if you get a jackpot. Only play if you really need a jellyfish and there aren't any in branches. HTML Template by Me! Please do not redistribute
