⋆ You CAN change their bases, as long as you provide the base changer for their original bases too.
⋆ You are allowed to withdraw your reservation, as long as you let me know with AT LEAST 3 days in advance.
⋆ I'll be taking payment only in February.
⋆ I won't be doing split heats, only full. Any special cubs (hybrids, lethals, etc) you get, you will get to keep.
⋆ SODs and CRBs are prohibited.
