I'm very confused by the skill stat line. I've read it doesn't pass to cubs in breeding, and also that it contributes to the stats of the offspring, but how does that work? I guess these seem contradictory and I'm not sure how to make heads or tails of it. Any info is super helpful! 1 player likes this post! Like? |

Can you tell me where you read it? Far as I'm aware, skill doesn't pass onto cubs, hence you'll see cubs born with 1 skill. 0 players like this post! Like? |

Right, I know it doesn't pass on. That's why I'm confused on the purpose of it as a stat! 0 players like this post! Like? |

Oh the purpose is that when a king has a higher skill stat, it will be easier to win battles in exploration and win PVP battles with other players. If you go to people's dens and scroll under their caves, it will have the 'Attack this Lion', giving you the choice to earn Skill, Experience, Territory (Max territory through attacking players is 40) 0 players like this post! So the skill itself is completely dependent on the lion? There's no way to impact what your cubs will be born with? 0 players like this post! Like? |

Stat wise, skill itself is dependent on the lion. You can really only improve it via kinging a cub and doing PVP battles for skill. Wiki notes; - Your leader can only PVP for Skill if their current Skill amount is less than or equal to their current level multiplied by 12 (LVL x 12). For example, a Level 5 leader can only PVP for Skill if their Skill is at or below 60. If your leader's Skill surpasses their level multiplied by 12, you'll have to level them up until the option becomes available again. - Increasing Impression. Once your leader reaches Dreamboat, each time they refill their Impression bar again, they'll earn 5 stats: one in each category, minus Skill. You'll see food items you can feed to your king(or other kings) to improve a stat but none will give Skill. There are items to feed to your king to boost a stat to the immediate litter but not for Skill. There is an item that is popular during April. Egg Yolk. It gives 0-15 in any stat category to whichever lion you feed it to, although as it's meant to be ever used on kings or heirs. Most players don't level up regular lions. Unless they are G1. (I'm not too sure if it includes Skill but by how the description is, I think it'll include skill?? Although there are times descriptions aren't clear as players would hope.) I'm sorry if its a bad explanation. 0 players like this post! Like? |
