"Help the earth" is a very noble thought, though it's far too vague. You'll need to narrow what you want to aid first and foremost, doing research on different charitys (what the charity does, how much funds actually go to the cause, if there's been any issues with them in the past, etc).

Secondly, if funds go (even partially) to charity then the base would need to be bought with money- not GB- for that to even be feesable. The only thing you can buy with real money (on Lioden) right now is buying currency, and I personally don't think I'd want it any other way. Limiting bases (or anything similar) to a shop where you needed to spend real money would quickly veer into almost a 'pay to win' feeling and would go against being able to make/get your dream lion without spending real money.

If you plan to detach the base from the charity aspect I'd then give some suggestions or thought on that, but I wanted mainly to touch on the bigger part of this base suggestion.
