You may make changes to the design, after all, its yours! But i dont see why claim it if you're gonna make it unrecognizable.

Apart from the feral base, the choice of making it anthro is yours! However, regardless of changes made, i'd highly prefer that the designs arent involved in violent, problematic or sexual scenarios, as i dont with to be associated with in any ways, directly or not.

You may resell/trade this character! But not by more than its original price/dollar worth. Unless you add the costs of other artworks, not the design itself.
