The euphotic zone is also known as the “Sunlight Zone”. It contains the first 200 meters of water from the surface of the ocean. This area promotes photosynthesis, as sunlight filters through the water with relative ease.

With this base, I tried to imitate the feeling of sunlight poking through the top of the water’s surface, as seen from a viewer who is fully submerged in water.



My idea for this base is that it would be used for the weekly raffle lioness, in the same ways that Bushveld, Haze, Lilac, Orchid, Pearl, Pecora, and Sepia are used. Out of all the raffle lioness bases in existence currently, none of them are blue. This base, Euphotic, would fill that niche. I can also see this base being an applicator from the flood pit, or from the pirate shop.
