200 gets you a bag with ten items, category decided by wheel
300 gets a bag with twenty, items determined by wheel
and so on

1 gets you 15 items and 10% chance of a lion, .1 mutated
5 gets you thirty items with a 30% chance of a lion, 5% mutated
10 gets you 40 items with a 70% chance of a lion, 30% mutated
50 gets you full access to my event currency for February and a mutated lion!
