2. Do NOT use my artwork for commercial use, it is for personal ONLY.

3. I don't take deadlines for my commissions. Due to the nature of my job, I don't have much free time. If you're purchasing your commission as a gift (e.g. a birthday), you can mention the date you need it by and I’ll let you know if it's possible.

4. I’ll try and keep you updated on your commission progress. You’re free to ask for updates if you haven't heard from me in a while.

5. Commissions are paid for up-front. I’ll refund you if I’m unable to complete it.

6. You’re free to message me about any mistakes or issues you encounter with your commission as long as it isn't too long after - I don't keep my files for very long so I won't be able to make edits if you don't tell me within a timely fashion.

7. I hold the right to deny any commission for any reason.
