Since Spacetime has BO fails, I think Cosmic should get at least one as well.

None of Cosmic's fails are BO, but Spacetime has 3 BO fails, Dawn, Starshine, and Sunglow. Furthermore, Cosmic has no purple or pink fails, only blue, green, or gray(?). Green and Storm in particular don't seem fitting; for Green, Cosmic has very little green, and what green it does have is cooler than Green; for Storm, it seems too dark and muted to be appropriate as a fail of a bright blue-pink eye color. Cosmic already has cool green fails like Mint and Paradise, so they feel especially superfluous.
I propose that Cosmic should also have 1-3 BO fails in addition. I think Galaxy, Dawn, and Stellar are the best candidates, as they fulfill the purple-pink aspects of Cosmic, 2 of them are already fails to other eye colors, and Galaxy in particular is sparkly like Cosmic. The revised fails would look like this:
