We have 44 combo bases, and only 11 manes, 9 of which are bo. How about we change that?

Make all of these manes BO and obtainable by a 50% chance after a cub successfully rolls for the combo base. Asterisked names are for blue and purple colors, which I think should take precedence bc we have so few blue/purple bo manes.
