I didnt see any suggestions like this but correct me if there are. My suggestion is to add another tier between 500 to 999 and 1000+. As of right now Whack a Snakes tiers are the following 0 to 99 100 to 199 200 to 299 300 to 399 400 to 499 500 to 999 1000+ There is a huge gap between the 500-999 and 1000+ points prizes, with the amount of time it takes to reach even 500 points; most people who play it stop once they reach 500+ points, and only 1 or 2 people a day reach 1000+ points, this is shown in the Highest Daily Scores. If another tier is added when 750 points are reached, it would motivate players to continue to play after reaching 500+, as well as make it worth playing to 1000+ points - suggestion - 0 to 99 100 to 199 200 to 299 300 to 399 400 to 499 500 to 749 750 to 999 1000+ my suggestion on prizes won in tier 750 to 999 can go a couple of different ways 1. similar to 400 to 499, players could be rewarded with a valuable item OR a chance at winning a background 2. current prizes for 1000+ would instead be used for 750 to 999, and instead 1000+ prizes could be valuable item + background OR even background + random Whack a Snake decor (this suggestion could also be combined with suggestion 1, similar to how tiers 400 to 499 and 500 to 999 are) 3. Players could be rewarded with x2 decors + valuable item (in case people don't like the idea of the backgrounds becoming more common) If you have a suggestion/changes I'd love to hear them <3 |

imo as someone who plays both daily and is one of the few 1,000+ players whack a snake needs a difficulty option similar to reptile roundup, not another tier. reptile roundup would have this sort of issue if it wasn't for hard and impossible allowing players to be much faster. i feel like 1,000 for backgrounds is very reasonable, since you always get a background. its not like these backgrounds are the big money-makers of whack a snake anyway, as most prefer the decor. 500 has a 33% chance of a giant tort, which is 2 ![]() having a 'hard' mode which essentially gives double points per hit but the difficulty is set to 500 - 1,000 would make the most sense, halving the total time for grinding 500 and 1,000+ ![]() |

A hard mode would be a smart idea, but for my suggestion a hard mode wouldnt really help, the 500 point gap in Wack A snake would still discourage people and make the 1000+ prizes not worth it, The 750 tier would be almost a buffer tier, it would make it to where if you didnt get to 1000 but instead 800 or 900 you would still be able to get rewarded for that effort instead of the same prizes you would get at 500, if that makes sense. Having a hard mode in place that made it easier to get points would help this issue, but it would still be a issue. ![]() |

i just dont think the buffer really makes sense ? the backgrounds should strictly be 1,000 and i doubt they'd ever make it easier (by having less points). so if you want a background, you'd still need to get 1,000 anyway - and if you want decor, why go further than 500 ? a 750 tier would still need to be strictly decor, but just better (?) ; it'd have to be like giant tort and decor, ect. 1 - 2 ![]() it overall doesn't really alter the threshold for players who want backgrounds, which is why a difficulty does both ; allowing players to easily farm 500 and then farm 1,000 in the same amount of time as a decor ![]() |

I understand that view point, I did put a third suggestion that suggested x2 decors instead incase Its moreso imo that players should be rewarded more if they get higher amount of points. While it is true that you don't have to go further than 500, but plenty of people do, yesterday alone a couple people got 700-800 points. It just doesnt really make sense to me that if a player reaches almost double the points that they are still rewarded the same as players who reach 500. My suggestion is to make it so players are fairly rewarded for the amount of points they earn. The prizes for 750+ dont have to be the backgrounds, that was just an idea, as long as its a greater reward than 500 would make it fair ![]() |
