Jolly Rancher is a trademarked name, so they won't be able to use that. Also, there isn't a whole lot differentiating this base from our existing bases, particularly Merlot and Cassis ^^

I don’t see any similarities besides the fact that they are purple and even then if you look at how many bases we have that look identical then my purple base should be a problem

Merlot and Cassie are also similar bases that don’t look anything like mine besides the fact that they are purple
