THE ARENA CHANGES

To fix the horrible lag the mass-messages caused, we've decided to cut them entirely, and now all the wins and loses in championships will be announced IN the Arena page, Here

So in short: You still need to enter after the 0:15 minute hour peak, but now, instead, the results won't come in as a Message, but you can check them out in the Arena after an hourly peak (ie. 1:00).

You still get normal payouts etc. The challenges were not affected by this.

BALANCING STATS

As part of our plan to tackle the stat problem we're facing, we have taken steps to reduce the amount of stats that are passed down to offspring in breeding. This is in effect for breeding as of now. The amount being passed down was simply too high before and has been lowered accordingly.

We are planning an update of features such as battling, PVP, and hunting that will make much more use of stats. One step at a time though!



EVENT SPAM

A lot of players were unhappy with the amount of spam and fights that the event caused. To fix the chat, ALL CHANNELS are now enforced with a new rule: No "Challenge me!" "Attack me pls!" posts and anything of like. Moderators will delete them and remind you but if you keep behaving this way despite the reminders they will treat this as advertising against rules.

You can, however, keep the "challenge me!" in your name, and post in appriopriate threads in the forums!


LEADERBOARDS

Per huge request, any lion that had been on an inactive account and was present in leaderboards, will now vanish from them. If your account is active, of course, it will keep its place! (By active, we mean have logged in at least once in the past 7 days.)
