This should happen. If you cannot starve your main lion, then no one will see the point in feeding them.They should be able to starve, so people bother to feed them . You could argue that they will feed to explore, but it is unrealistic that your lion cannot starve and people want to play as their sub males.

Technically there is already a downside to not feeding your main lion--energy doesn't recharge that fast. At the current rate it's about 10% every 15 minutes, but I noticed when my male was at 100% hunger once, I would get 1% every 15 minutes.

No support, because if someone really didn't want to play as their main male and wanted to use their sub male, they can pay the 10 gold beetles like everyone else has done. This would be a cheap, almost cheater way to get rid of rolled lions.

Regardless, the feature already exists. If starvation could retire a king early for free there's would be no reason at all for the 10 gb retirement option.

I'm not saying I LIKE paying 10 gb to retire early, but it DID come first.

It's not really fair to try and make free versions of all the GB costed options/items/abilities. The GB versions would become pointless.

Im sorry but I cant . This would never be able to be a feature for main males . Anyone who wants to switch males early has to get the 10 GB or sit and wait . 10 GB isnt hard to get , just save SB and buy it from others . Otherwise, its only $5 . Thats not how it works and Im sorry if this sounds rude but GB keeps the site going . Starvation is a cheaters way out of paying the GB that many have spent to retire main males . Itd be unfair and ridiculous for that fact.

It's the point that GB is hard to get. It's what funds the game.
Compared with all the money who've earned their GB or waited for retiring starving is, as said above, a 'cheater' way to get rid of your starter lion.
And then what if you logged on, couldn't feed your lion or forgot to? Then you could lose a lion you actually like.

... The point is that you aren't supposed to easily replace your male. If your idea was implemented, someone could retire their male in five days flat, with no effort put in whatsoever. That idea is ludicrous. The 10GB retirement that already exists is perfect for both the users and developers--it is a little costly, but think about how easy the game would be if all you had to do was starve your lion and you were able to use another just like that.

The point is that GB keeps the damn site going . I dont mean to be rude or anything but plain and simple the admins and mods as well as helpers will say the same . Its that way for a reason .

Because a NEW custom lion will have the same stats your current lion has. It's not a new lion, it's a just a repainted lion. But at the same time there is a LOT of stuff that can't be gotten through the custom option in the oasis.
So I could pay 10 gb to retire early and have a "brand new" lion with loads of special markings and good stats.
10 to customize your current lion does not have the same effect as retiring early AT ALL.

You might want to reconsider exactly what customizing a lion does before you compare the early retirement to it. It's also fair to mention that 10 gb custom only pays for non maltese base, non red or hetero eyes, and only 3 markings. So in a way the 10 gb retirement IS getting you a "new" lion but potentially for much cheaper.
