Adhana lived a surprisingly comfortable life, partially due to being a daughter of the King, but also due to her skills as a herbalist. She wasn't free - not by a long shot - but she did what she could to try and ease the pain of the other lionesses in the pride - both physical and mental. Dalili, a high-spirited lioness who was new to the territory, inspired Adhana to plot against her father. She hatched a plan for the two of them, together with her friend, Fala, and her daughter, to escape. Things went smoothly until Dalili was injured, but a guard from her pride had tracked her down, and helped liberate from from the evil King's clutches. King Achilia welcomed them all to his lands. Adhana was finally free. Adhana means 'call to prayer' in Swahili.
