History: Born into the pride of Komai, Binah is the daughter of Aaria. Her birth is a bit of a mystery as her mother prefers the company of females to males, but she was born the smallest in a litter of four. An older sister was chosen as Aaria's successor, leaving Binah without a purpose in her pride. Fortunately, Batuuli approached Aaria and Komai, asking permission to adopt little Binah as her own. She had given birth to no cubs that were suitable to take her place in the Mkali-Jino pride. The deal was made and as soon as she was weaned, Binah was given into Batuuli's care.
Despite not being born to her, Batuuli treated the young cub with love and gentleness. She taught her to not fear the strange dreams and feelings she had, which grew only stronger as Binah grew older. Batuuli explained that due to the magic surrounding her birth that Binah had gifts, much like herself. She promised to teach her all she could so that when she was old enough, she too could help the pride with her ability to foretell events and see dreams. Despite the responsibility though, Batuuli did her best to allow Binah to enjoy being young as well. She made a friend in Kianga, the lovely fiery-colored cub that joined them, and still often is found dancing and playing with her.
