Ardhi

Ardhi is the youngest daughter of Ilanga, the pride's deceased elder, broodmother, and queen. Being the daughter of two of the most influential lions in pride history has been hard on the lioness - she's been expected to live up to her mother's legacy for as long as she can remember. However, she doesn't have a scrap of Ilanga's motherly personality, and it's clear to most that she'll never be half the broodmother the late queen was. Ita has taken her on as an apprentice regardless, mostly out of respect for her mother.

[11/9/16] - Another cub told Ardhi that there was no way she would win the race today. Ain't nobody got time for dat.
[4/16/18] - On a morning stroll, you and Ardhi notice a bird nest, full of baby birds. She asks if she's the best chick around, and you better not say no.
[7/16/18] - Tired from a long day of exploring, you flop next to Ardhi. She starts telling you an embarrassing story from a pride mate's cubhood. You're soon laughing too hard to be tired.
[10/10/18] - You go up to take a nap with Ardhi. She jokes that if you start snoring, you may find some maggots in your nose. You lie awake next to her and wonder if she really meant that.
