6/23/2018 - It was rare for the Sun Pride to receive a cub so young.
But indeed, they did. She was a new born, accompanied by her nomadic mother. The two were allowed into the pride to keep the cub and her mother safe. Snow took to he cub quickly, while Masked Fate tended to her mother.
Of course, the first thing Snow did after ensuring the cub was safe and healthy was begin a new design. She knew she didn't have everything in her hoard, but she didn't mind at all. The cub wouldn't be able to wear all those things yet, anyway. Still, she made the list very clear to Masked Fate, having him repeat it dozens of times until it was committed to memory.
Throughout it all, the cub was quietly, only making noise when she was hungry. They settled in nicely that night, comfortable and safe in this pride, however temporary it may be.
6/28/2018 - The cub was weened now.
Her mother left at that point, returning to her nomadic life. "She'll be safest and happiest in a pride, but that's just not the life for me." She'd said over her shoulder.
Snow carried the cub to Blossom, who welcomed her with open arms. Shiro liked her, too.
Blossom was the one to give her a name; Blizzard, for her ice and glacial markings.
6/28/2018 - Just when you thought you were safe, Blizzard stalked you down in the middle of your evening patrol and demanded that you let her groom away that cowlick in your mane, all in the name of "training". Sigh. +4% training experience!
6/30/2018 - Blizzard climbed the big tree and noticed a pridemate at the bottom too frightened to climb. She descended the tree and gently encouraged them by saying that they'd get good at it one day, too - complete with cuddles. +3% training experience!
7/1/2018 - Blizzard initiated a race with her mother and won - her self-proposed reward was an hour of cuddles. +5% training experience!
7/2/2018 - Blizzard was almost ready to pounce on her pridemate when she noticed they were a little tired. Purring, she approached them and began to lick the top of their head to reassure them.
7/3/2018 - Blizzard wrestled briefly with their pridemate until they had them pinned and then began to groom their face, much to their pridemate's chagrin. +4% training experience!
7/4/2018 - Sneakily, Blizzard pounced on her pridemate to initiate a surprise grooming session. +2% training experience!
7/5/2018 - Blizzard initiated a race with her mother and won - her self-proposed reward was an hour of cuddles. +3% training experience!
7/6/2018 - 1 year!
7/10/2018 - You apparently ate something bad last night, and you just flop on the ground. Blizzard comes up to you and asks if you want anything. She brings you some grass and water, and sits next to you until you feel better.
7/17/2018 - 100% trained at 1 year, 9 months.
9/18/2022 - 4 years!
8/7/2024 - Blizzard approaches you and starts licking your muzzle, cheek and ear. You obviously should look your best today.
