INTERACTIONS 28/10/19: With a graceful lope, Lily passes you as you inspect the pride. Her rhythmic pawsteps adding to her feline gracility. BASAVILA'S JOURNAL: I found a lioness wandering around the edge of my territory. She was playing with a small bird, careful not to hurt it but she looked highly entertained. When she noticed me she smiled. I could tell she was good and would be wonderful for the pride, so I approached her. She sat down and watched me closely, a smile on her muzzle and a softness in her eyes. I asked her if she had a pride. She told me she had been wandering alone for quite some time. I asked her, "do you want one?" She immediately stared at me like I had offered her the most extravagant gift, though she stayed calm and still. I told her she could join mine; or what little of one I had. She leapt up and flipped me over, pinning me to the ground on my back in pure excitement as she exclaimed how happy this made her in a million different ways. She apologised after and we laughed it off on the way home. The others seemed to take an instant liking to her, especially Nadia. After some thought. I asked Lily if she would care for the cubs of the pride so they wouldn't get hurt or wander too far. She was more than happy to accept the opportunity and told me she loved spending time with cubs.
