Born to Spiderleap, little Blizzardkit was the light of her mother's life. She was never bored in the nursery, to say the least. Her two aunts, Embersong and Thistlebranch, constantly doted on her and brought her things to play with. Since Blizzardkit often played with Spiderleap and sometimes the two of them even went on adventures, she turned into quite the heavy sleeper; nothing could wake her when she finally got the chance to curl up in her nest! She never knew her grandmother; not exactly. Blizzardkit had met Murkcloud, yet she didn't know the hostile older lioness was related to her. Spiderleap wanted to keep her daughter as far from her abusive mother as possible. On the other hand, Blizzardkit was told all sorts of stories about her grandfather. Apparently she was the descendant of another land's king! She always thought that was very cool, and told herself that she would journey out to meet her grandfather one day and learn more about her history.

Blizzardpaw gained a reputation for being one of the Clan's bravest lionesses as she grew older. She wanted to seize life by the horns, and if that meant literally grabbing a furious wildebeest by its horns, she would do it! Her willingness to take on any adventure meant she was a prime candidate to become a hunter... but at the same time, she was conflicted. Her mother was a camp guard, and Blizzardpaw knew she got lonely sitting by herself every night. Blizzardpaw talked to Spiderleap, who admitted she would love to curl up with her while they kept watch, but she didn't want to stop Blizzardpaw from following her dreams. This left the apprentice even more uncertain of which path to choose. She couldn't be a hunter and a camp guard. Sooner or later, though, she would have to make a choice.

undergoes herbalist training, she was neutral towards thrushflame but supported her family in their opposition towards him. blizz ended up separated during the battle - she's more than tough enough to have survived, but doesn't know that the resistance made it, and carves her own path alone.
